Columbia Property Management manages 14 homeowner associations throughout the metro New Orleans area.   Currently, we have associations in Uptown, French Quarter, Harvey, Metairie, and Kenner. 

We manage all sizes, from a 12 unit complex, to a 365 unit homeowner association.  Most of our associations are fully managed by Columbia.  But a few are still run by the association's board, Columbia only handles their financial transactions.
