Joseph T. Michelli, CPM President Joe is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Realtor and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Before founding Columbia, Joe managed a national REIT of apartment communities ranging in size from 80 units fo 750 units in various parts of the country. In 1986,  Joe served as President of the Lousisana Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Mgmt (IREM). He has experience managing various forms of real estate developments including office buildings, apartments, student housing, condominium associations, and shopping complexes.  Joe has also conducted the rehabilitation of real estate, feasibility studies, short and long range management plans, budgets, broker's opinion and due diligence and marketing plans.  Joe can be reached at
	Lynne R Michelli Vice President Lynne joined Columbia in 1998.   Before joining Columbia, she was a Director of Sales and Marketing for a boutique hotel in the French Quarter from 1980-1998.  There she developed superior customer service skills.  Today, those skills help Columbia maintain its high level of service for all our our clients and residents. Aside from managing the office. Lynne's duties include handling the distributiion of the monthly homeowner association financials, fielding maintenance requests, correspondence to our clients and residents, and assisting in the development of our marketing plan .  Lynne can be reached at
Kenneth L. (Kel) Kopecky, CMCA Vice President Kel is a licensed Real Estate Broker, a Realtor and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Kel joined Columbia in 2003.  He first started as a manager of one condominium association and one multi- unit apartment complex.  Kel now manages multiple associations and his rental portfolio includes multi-family, single homes, and condominium units.  In 2009, Kel, and Columbia, joined the Community Associations Institute (CAI).   One of only a handful of people in the city who are members.  CAI is instrumental in assisting its members with developing their managed homeowner associations. Eddy Paz Maintenance Supervisor Eddy has been with Columbia for many years.  He first started as a general maintence man for a handful of properties.  Since then,  Eddy has grown to be a jack of all trades, working at virtually any property.  He can handle light construction, light electrical work, some appliance repair, janitorial and landscaping. Eddy is a tremendous assest to Columbia due to his ability to help out any time of the day, any day of the week.
